PALS funds SEEDS program in Quang Nam (24/07/2017)
The project “SEEDS skills and educational development” funded by Pacific Links Foundation has just approved and assigned the Provincial Study Promotion Association as the project owner.

The project aims to reduce school dropping of disadvantaged students, to improve their learning’s quality, to equip them with necessary life skills and  to raise awareness about their future careers.

According to the plan, the project will be implemented from July, 2017 to July, 2017 at secondary and high schools in Tien Phuoc, Que Son, Thang Binh and Tam Ky with total aid of 3.2 billion VND.

PPC required the Provincial Study Promotion Association to coordinate with People’s Committee of Tien Phuoc, Que Son, Thang Binh and Tam Ky city in implementing detail plans, complying with the State’s regulations on receiving, managing and using foreign non-governmental aids; reporting to the Department of Finance, Provincial People’s Committee on the results. The Department of Foreign Affairs is esponsible for guiding the Provincial Study Encouragement Society to implement the project in accordance with the State regulations; Co-ordinate with relevant provincial departments to check and review the situation of receiving, managing and implementing aid reports to PPC.
