The project aims to reduce 5% poverty households every years. By 2020, the income will increase at least 1.6 to 1.8 times compared to 2015.
The villages will have ffective production and business models associated with raw material areas or models of tourism community, OCOP models; complete essential infrastructure. The target is 50% of villages under the project are recognized as new rurals.
The project will be deployed from 2018 to 2020 in the disadvantaged communes and villages in the border areas, mountainous areas, coastal areas and islands. The project will support for 3,513 villages of 362 communes that meet less than 10 criterias of new rural.
The project will develop production models associated with material areas under the OCOP program; develop community tourism; construct essential construction that improving people life including water for daily-life activities and infrastructure for production; train community development skills for authorities; vocationally train for rural workers; build and upgrade infrastructure
