During the first 6 months of 2019, the administrative reforming in Hoi An has been paid attention by authorities, agents, units and localities by issuing plans, policies and guiding documents. On-stop mechannism has been ramained and expanded, step by step raising the efficiency of administrative procedures for organizations and individuals.
In addition, the application of IT to the operation of State agencies has brought many positive results, improving the quality and efficiency of administrave works, saving time and money for people.
For the first 6 months, Hoi An's People Committee received and solved 217 administrative procedures in 23 fields, of which 88 procedures were implemented under one-door and one-stop-shop mechanism. Hoi An also offerec online ublic services at levels 3 and 4 for 80 administrative procedures.
Hoi An applied gital signatures in issuing a number of documents, implementing digital certificates for 12 agencies and units. Along with that, the quality of cadres, civil servants and officials has been increased.
In the future, Hoi An will implement tasks under the Administrative Reform Plan, which focus on overcoming shortcomings and limitations related to the administrative reform, strengthening administrative control activities; updating, publicizing and listing administrative procedures according to regulations, reviewing and proposing simplification of administrative procedures; shorten the time for handling administrative procedures for organizations and individuals.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Tan and other provincial departments and agencies answered questions and petitions of Hoi An City in PAR work.
