The project has a total funding of more than 2.5 billion VND; implemented in 4 communes: Tra Don, Tra Van, Tra Vinh, Tra Nam, Nam Tra My district and 02 communes: Tra Ka, Tra Giap and Bac Tra My district. It will implement from July 2019 to December 2021.
The project aims to reduce mortality, improve the health of mothers, children and communities through behavioral change communication activities on hygiene, health and nutrition as well as train about clean water and sansitation.
PPC assigned the Department of Health to coordinate with donors and localities to make detailed plans to implement the project, strictly comply with the regulations on the reception, management and use of foreign non-governmental aids, and report to the Department of Finance as prescribed.
At the same time, the Department of Foreign Affairs is responsible for guiding the Department of Health to comply with the State's regulations on receiving, managing and using foreign non-governmental aids.
