PPC issued a document assigning departments, agencies and branches of districts, towns and cities that are implementing administrative reform to improve the criteria of "administrative modernization".

Accordingly, before November 1, 2019, the Department of Information and Communications must complete the public service portal and provincial electronic one-stop information system to provide and display full information; rotating records and electronic data; solve the related administrative procedures, monitor the process of solving each administrative procedures by electronic methods in real time in the province and immediately improve the evaluation function of the provincial electronic information system.

Before October 30, 2019, the Department of Information and Communications must report the progress and results of setting up internal processes in resolving administrative procedures into electronic processes on the provincial electronic single-window Information System. ; advise the provincial People's Committee on technical solutions and technology improvements to operate the provincial information systems to ensure the requirements of connection, interconnection, data integration in accordance with regulations.


Before December 15, 2019, the Department of Information and Communications completed the synchronization and linking of administrative data from the national database to the Provincial Portal and Public Service Portal.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to lead and coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to develop a plan and guide the implementation of storage, rotation and digitalization of electronic data exchange.

The Office of the Provincial People's Committee continues to import and inspect all administrative procedures that announced and amended by the Chairman of PPC in 2019 into the national database on administrative procedures.

Departments, committees, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities coordinate with the Office of PPC to review the assigned tasks at the address “tbkl. vpubnd.quangnam.vn ”to implement and report the completed result to the PPC on time.
