In 2019, Quang Nam approved the loan for 149 abroad workers with a total capital of 12 billion VND.
In 2020, Quang Nam aims to send 1,800 workers abroad. However, by the end of May 2020, there are only 244 workers going to work abroad under contract, accounting for 13% of the plan.
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is forecasted that the number of provincial laborers going to work abroad in 2020 will not meet the set targets.
