At the same time, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an opportunity and motivation for Quang Nam to accelerate the construction of e-Government, ensuring the goals of promoting sustainable socio-economic development.
Currently, the 4th industrial revolution is taking place rapidly and deeply affecting all aspects of social life, including the building of a digital government. The Government has identified the task of building an e-Government, aiming at digital government, digital society and the digital economy as one of the top priorities in 2016. -2020 to create solid foundations for comprehensive digital transformation in the period 2021-2030.
For Quang Nam province, over the past few years, the provincial leaders have paid attention to directing the promotion of IT application, e-government implementation, initially establishing the e-government foundation, effectively serving. directing, operating and providing online public services at level 3.4 for people and businesses, contributing to improving work efficiency and administrative reform in the province. However, in addition to the achieved results, the province's ICT development in the past period has not really been sustainable, the application of IT has not really been associated with administrative reform.
The project aims to build modern and synchronous Information Technology - Communication (ICT) platforms and infrastructure; to apply Information Technology (IT) extensively, develop ICT human resources; improve information security in the entire political system. Modernizing and improving the efficiency of urban activities, creating a foundation for building and developing high quality service chains, products that connect and bring socio-economic benefits.
The specific objectives of the Project are: 100% of transactions on the provincial public service portal and the electronic one-door information system at the provincial, district and commune level are electronically authenticated. Maintain connection and information sharing between the Provincial Public Service Portal and the National Public Service Portal. Providing 100% of online public services related to many people and enterprises at levels 3 and 4 on the Provincial Public Administrative Service Portal; 40% of the number of people and enterprises participating in the digital government system have an electronic identity.
