Special circumstance of 79 years- old man in Thang Binh District

It's the pitiful plight of 79 years-old man Huynh Tam living in Binh Duong Commune of Thang Binh District with his 78 years-old ill wife Dang Thi Huong and mentally ill son Huynh Van Ba born in 1975.
Currently, his family is supported 270,000 VND/month by the Government but this amount is only enough to pay medical bills for his son. The family falls into financial hardship with diseases and poverty.
Despite of the weight of years, frail health, pulmonary tuberculosis disease, and spinal pain, Mr. Tam has to work hard every day to earn little money to feed his family in all sunny and rainy days. He really needs the sharing and help of the good hearts anywhere.
