At the beginning of the Forum, Vice Chairman Tran Anh Tuan said that: Vietnam is also the first country in Asia and the second in the world to sign the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. For Quang Nam, although the economic conditions are still difficult, there have been many supportive policies, creating all conditions for children. Children's Forum is a very practical and meaningful activity, through which all levels, branches, and localities update, capture and promptly resolve children's thoughts and aspirations.
On this occasion, Mr. Tuan suggested children raise their voice and their aspiration. So that, authorities can understand and implement activities to ensure their right. He also suggested that all levels, branches, and local leaders seriously listen to the children and be responsible for an action plan.
