The restoration of passenger transport by air was directed at Decision No.263/TB-VPCP dated October 8, 2021. However, according to the report of the Ministry of Transport, currently, some localities have not followed the above instructions as well as the regulations of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Health. The Gov requests these localities to review, adjust and strictly implement the above directives.
The Gove assigns the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Health to supervise, guide and inspect the implementation of the localities; promptly correct and handle according to its competence cases of improper implementation; report and propose the Prime Minister to consider and handle cases beyond its competence.
To continue to meet the requirements of economic recovery and people's travel needs, the Ministry of Transport must follow the Ministry of Health's guidance on COVID-19 prevention and control to issue regulations within 3 days.
Requesting the Head of the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control and the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities to strictly follow the direction of the Prime Minister and the instructions of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Health.
