At the working session, the Departments and sectors proposed many contents related to the development mechanisms and policies of their sectors such as The Department of Information and Communications proposed upgrading the information technology infrastructure and completing the construction of specialized databases to serve management work; enhancing the responsibility of heads of Party committees, agencies, units, and localities in implementing digital transformation.

The Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism proposed that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to unifying policies and proposing additional funding for projects and mechanisms for sector development; difficulties and deadlocks in the socialization of exploitation and promotion of the effectiveness of cultural institutions; supplementing medium-term public investment funds for the period 2025-2030.

Representatives of agencies and units proposed that the Provincial People's Committee prioritize increasing career expenditure sources to invest in building facilities, training, and fostering staff and workers, contributing to improving the quality of related professional activities.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung emphasized 5 key groups of contents that need to be focused on implementing in the coming time, including concentrate on doing a good job of administrative reform, administrative procedures must be compact, light, suitable and ensure smoothness, focusing on digital transformation; enhancing the responsibility of heads of Party committees, agencies and units in performing professional tasks; concentrate completing the targets of 2024; mobilizing resources from central ministries and branches; focus on building the 2025 task plan and the next 5-year plan.
