Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Le Van Dung; Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Tri Thanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh, former leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, generals from Quang Nam hometown, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and Dai Loc district attended the celebration. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet affirmed that the victory in Thuong Duc was one of the resounding victories of the army and people of the South, with great political and military significance, creating a solid practical foundation for the Politburo to build the determination to liberate the South and unify the country in 1975 completely.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Ho Huu Lan - former Commander of Regiment 3, Division 324 said that liberating and controlling Thuong Duc, eliminating the puppet government and army, defeating the puppet army, the trump card of the republic, the backbone of the puppet army, was a complete victory of strategic significance before the Great Victory of Spring 1975.

At the ceremony, the art program "Thuong Duc - The Immortal Heroic Song" gathered many artists and actors from Hanoi, Da Nang, and Quang Nam to perform at the ceremony, leaving many emotions for the delegates and people.
